Diligent Property Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("Diligent", "we", "us") is a property education and advisory business registered in South Africa (registration number 2025/449077/07), with its registered address at 2 Bishop Crescent, Durbanville, Cape Town, 7550. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of our website and your purchase of our digital guides and services. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Our products
We sell digital educational guides (PDF) and property advisory and analytics services. Our guides and tools are provided for general educational purposes and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should confirm any figures or assumptions with a suitably qualified professional before making decisions.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Diligent Property Solutions (Pty) Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stitch. We do not receive or store your full card or banking details.
Delivery of digital products
Guides are delivered digitally. Immediately after successful payment you can download your guide from the confirmation page, and we also email you a secure download link. Download links are personal to your order. If you have any trouble accessing your purchase, email hello@diligentpropertysolutions.co.za and we'll help.
Refunds
Because our products are digital, please see our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Licence and intellectual property
When you buy a guide, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the guide or its contents. All content remains our intellectual property.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use our content unlawfully.
Limitation of liability
Our guides and tools are provided "as is" for educational use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made or losses incurred in reliance on them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
