I founded Diligent out of a genuine passion for bridging the gap between professional property investment practice and the everyday home buyer or investor. Buying a home or investing in property is one of the most significant financial decisions many of us will ever make, yet the industry often speaks in technical language that feels inaccessible to those without a property background. Diligent was created to change that — to provide non-property professionals with the same level of insight, structure, and decision-making clarity used in the industry.
With a BSc (Hons) in Property Studies from the University of Cape Town and several years of experience in property analytics and asset management within multi-billion Rand property funds, I bring both formal training and practical expertise to every client engagement. My approach combines disciplined financial analysis with clear, plain-language explanation — ensuring that clients not only see the numbers but understand what they mean.
